Q: How do I transfer files to you?

Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: Preferred application formats include QuarkXPress, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PDF and Word. Also high resolution, press optimized PDF’s are highly recommended.

Q: What platforms do you accept?
A: We can take files in MAC or PC formats.

Q: What resolution should image files be?
A: It is recommended that artwork must be 300 DPI or greater, TIFF or EPS format.

Q: Do you need the fonts too?
A: Yes! If fonts are not included, finished font may differ from original.
